David Ferriot has more than 20 years of experience working in marketing and advertising. As former VP of Marketing, David was responsible for all aspects of MadCap Software’s marketing and advertising efforts while he was here, including branding, strategy, content development, customer advocacy, event management and campaign execution. Since joining the company in 2009, David helped manage the MadWorld technical communication and content strategy conference in North America and Europe, with the 10th annual conference taking place in Austin, Texas in June of 2022.
