According to Brandon Hall Group research, the ability to measure the effectiveness of learning is the leading challenge for L&D organizations. Organizations need clear visibility into how learning is impacting business performance. Without this visibility, the ROI on learning is suspect and hampers an organization’s ability to properly allocate resources to L&D.
