In this session, Bob Hopfner, Senior Graphic Designer at the Arizona Department of Child Safety, will discuss his team's journey with MadCap tools, starting with the initial hurdle of integrating Central and maximizing the benefits of the entire tool chain. He'll share his experience navigating the redesign process, including the use of a Flare template and learning CSS for responsive websites. He'll also highlight the invaluable support provided by Madcap support in overcoming obstacles. Finally, he will delve into his goal of implementing Elasticsearch to improve content searchability.
