Follow the instructions below to download and install MadCap Lingo.
Use your license key to activate Lingo. Until activated, Lingo runs in trial mode.
Lingo runs in trial mode. The trial is limited to a 30-day evaluation period and cannot be used for production work.
Note: While in trial mode, Lingo will scramble the content when projects are exported to any of the supported file formats.
Upon purchase and activation of Lingo, the limitations are removed and the projects created during the evaluation period may be published for production use.
This version of Lingo can be installed in conjunction with any previous Lingo installations. This allows translators, for example, to continue working on existing projects created in earlier versions and start newer version projects on the same system. Older projects, however, opened in MadCap Lingo V6 (and newer) will not be able to be opened in older versions. You will be prompted to make a backup of your projects in case you need to revert back to a particular project.
