For the past 9 years at Cisco, I’ve been at the forefront of implementing and evolving internal learning ecosystems— spearheading the development of Cisco’s Content Platform as a Service (CPaaS), a foundational capability that powers intelligent, reusable content delivery across business units and audiences.My approach is rooted in design thinking and innovation, with a strong emphasis on customer-centricity, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
