Jennifer Morse has over 20 years of software sales experience in the technical communication and content development industry. In addition to overseeing the Customer Success and Sales Engineering team, her focus is to promote customer onboarding, promote the value of the company’s solutions to the marketplace, solicit customer feedback, and report on trends in the industry that can help improve the company’s offerings. Since joining the company in 2006, and prior to moving into the role of Customer Success, Jennifer played an integral role in managing the company’s growing sales organization, by increasing market share in the United States, and the expansion into overseas markets, including Europe, the Middle East and India.

Module 2: Adding Content, Linking Content
Our second module will cover adding content to Flare. We’ll break out into groups and cover different types of content you can import, such as Word, FrameMaker® and HTML files. Topics, Table of Contents (TOCs) and link types will also be covered as we dive into key concepts like topic-based authoring.

Module 5: Sending Topics for Review, Building Targets
Reviewing content is a key component to content creation. We’ll take a look at review workflows in MadCap Central and MadCap Contributor, and how they work with MadCap Flare. Finally, we’ll finish the module with building your targets in Flare, particularly the HTML5 and PDF target.
