She came to Alliance in 2005 and has developed print manuals, HTML on-machine manuals, training documentation, decal placement documentation, and quick reference guides for robotic and non-robotic machines. Her most recent projects have focused on Alliance’s modular robotic systems.
Susan has 25 years of technical writing across multiple industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, aviation, e-commerce, and government.
