Field Marketing Manager

Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Field Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and organizing events and/or meetings for the organization. They will also be responsible for all operational, implementation and post-event activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field campaigns and regional events (in-person and virtual) that drive qualified leads and accelerate deals
- Align marketing plans with territory goals in partnership with sales leadership
- Manage sponsorships, trade shows, and third-party events—from strategy and logistics to lead follow-up
- Own pre-event and onsite delegate communications, as well as post-event debriefs and reporting
- Collaborate with product, demand gen, and content teams to localize messaging and campaign assets
- Support ABM and 1: few programs with direct mail, custom campaigns, and sales enablement content
- Source venues, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage logistics to ensure high-quality, cost-effective execution
- Help plan and execute annual in-person user conference
- Work with event planning committees to define goals, timelines, and messaging that promote the brand
- Ensure effective event promotion through social media, communications teams, and content scheduling
- Track and optimize program performance to maximize ROI
- Standardize event playbooks, tools, and templates across regions
- Maintain an event calendar and implement systems for long-term planning and execution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth operations, speaker prep, and on-time delivery
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4–6 years of B2B field marketing, demand generation, or event management—ideally in SaaS or tech
- Demonstrated success building pipeline through field campaigns and event strategies
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success, vendors)
- Strong project management, logistics coordination, and multitasking capabilities
- Experience managing third-party vendors, contracts, and budgets
- Comfortable using CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and compiling post-event reports
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
