Tracy Mack is the Lead Content Designer at IRIS Software Group Ltd. Producing user-focused content is at the heart of everything she does. In addition, she drives the content strategy for the Accountancy division, creating great user experiences for their new cloud platform, IRIS Elements. She is the implementation and content operations specialist and her goal is to streamline tools and processes to help her team members be successful so that they can provide their customers with the best content in the best place in the best way. When she's not doing that, she loves to sing, write songs, make things and take her 2 dogs for lots of long walks in Cornwall, UK, where she is fortunate enough to live.
