This help viewer is not necessary for generating or using Microsoft HTML Help files, WebHelp files, or Printed Documentation. It is necessary for distribution with our new DotNetHelp format which is designed for use with Windows applications and modern security concerns in mind.

MadCap Feedback Explorer

Download and install MadCap Feedback Explorer which is necessary to take full advantage of MadCap's Feedback Service. In addition to performing all of the functions of Flares internal Feedback Explorer, this stand-alone application is necessary for tracking topic views, viewing active users, creating Reviewer and Administrator accounts, creating charts from feedback, and creating synonyms "on-the-fly."

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0

The .NET Framework from Microsoft is necessary for the Flare authoring environment to function. You can download it now or obtain the new .NET framework from Windows Update.
(Note: The .NET Framework 2 MUST be installed prior to installation of MadCap Flare).
