Bundling Files
Send One or Many Files
With Flare’s Review Packages feature, you can now organize and manage multiple files (in a bundle) as a single review package, sending it to the cloud-based Central platform. This means less time spent on organization and more time spent on creating amazing content.
Easily adjust your review packages even after they've been sent for review. Whether you need to add or delete files, change the TOC, or update the status, the Review Package Profile has got you covered.
User Interface and Process Changes
Send Files for Review Wizard Updates
The updated Send Files for Review Wizard is your one-stop-shop for all your bundling needs. Accessible via the Review ribbon or TOC Editor, the wizard has been updated to include review package fields.
With the option to select a TOC to be associated with the files, you can ensure that your reviewers are seeing your content in the order it was meant to be viewed.
File Review Inbox
View and Accept Files Back into Flare from Central
This brand new feature now gives authors more control over their files. Authors now have the option to preview a read-only version of the reviewed file while keeping the status open for reviewers to continue to make edits on Central. Once the author is ready to finalize their work and closes the file, it becomes read-only up on Central and reviewers can no longer edit it.
