Advanced Project Management: Managing Complex MadCap Flare Projects

One of the best features of MadCap Flare is its flexibility. Over the past eight years, MadCap Flare has allowed Blackbaud’s team to handle every documentation challenge thrown their way. As a result, they have some extremely complicated project management scenarios. In this presentation, Denise Kadilak will explore a few of these scenarios and demonstrate how, using Flare, the Blackbaud Strategic Content Development team rises to every new challenge. Specifically, she’ll look at managing several Flare projects linked through Global Project Linking and the planning and considerations involved with implementing this workflow. Topics covered will include: content management strategy creation, conditional text management, authoring best practices, target settings, and more.
