Software Sales Account Executive

SAN DIEGO

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, high energy, the ability to work without a great deal of structure and supervision, and the desire to succeed. This candidate should possess outstanding skills and experience in account management and prospecting for new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle as it relates to lead conversion, prospecting, outbound calls/emails, responding to inbound inquiries, prospect qualification, proposal/quote generation, closing sales, and setting up meetings/product demonstrations with customers. In addition to the abundance of leads our marketing team generates daily, , the Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing additional prospects to grow their assigned territory. You will be responsible for an individual sales quota for your assigned territory with uncapped commissions paid monthly.

Candidates must possess the following competencies:

  • Software sales experience in a technology business-to-business environment
  • Outstanding sales process management, prospecting and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance in a high volume sales environment
  • Energetic, flexible and desire to work in a fast-paced organization
  • Ability to effectively manage a high volume territory
  • Experience with a CRM and lead management system (specifically Salesforce)
  • Outstanding professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Experience: 2-5+ years of inside sales experience in the software industry.

Education: BS/BA degree preferred
