Sales Lead Development Representative

With companies such as Microsoft, Google and HP on the customer list, MadCap Software is tackling the documentation industry by developing state-of-the-art, content workflow solutions for publishing in print, online, and on the Web.

We are currently seeking a dynamic part-time Sales Lead Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will work 15-20 hours per week ending the assignment in the spring of 2018.


  • Pro-active telephone calling to prospective customers
  • Work directly with Account Managers to develop lead generation plans for specific territories
  • Identify additional sales opportunities with decision makers within existing accounts

Desired Background:

  • Great telephone presence with the ability to make a strong connection with prospective customers
  • Excellent research and problem solving skills
  • Good interactive listening skills
  • Highly organized and self-directed work ethic
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM), a plus
  • Additional language skills, a plus (German, French, Spanish)
