Position Summary

As an Renewal Account Manager, you will be responsible for closing existing business in the form of maintenance and subscription renewals through telephone and email communication. To help ensure a high renewal rate, you will also be involved in maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients, through extensive follow up activities. You will be responsible for an individual sales quota for your assigned territory with commissions paid monthly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales experience in a technology business-to-business environment; software sales experience preferred
  • Outstanding sales process management, prospecting, organizational, and closing skills
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance
  • Energetic, flexible and desire to work in a fast-paced organization
  • Ability to effectively manage large numbers of sales prospects
  • Experience with a CRM and lead management system, preferably Salesforce
  • Outstanding professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 2-3+ years of technology inside sales experience. Experience in B2B software sales is a plus.
  • Education: BS/BA degree (or relevant experience) preferred
  • Proven Sales Track Record

Language Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in English language required
  • Professional image, work ethics, and integrity
  • Strong customer service approach required

Reasoning Ability:
