Position Summary

We are currently seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The Marketing Manager will support the marketing department in organizing and effectively coordinating the company’s marketing efforts, including but not limited to copywriting, email nurturing campaigns, content marketing, social media management, PR collaboration, trade shows and event management, webinar scheduling and coordination, website content updates, other lead generation activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create optimized nurture programs within our email automation platform and CRM to increase lead engagement at scale across several audience segments
  • Develop, execute, and maintain high-impact multi-touch email nurture campaigns that increase lead readiness and focus on key business priorities
  • Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated campaign strategies into other areas of the lead funnel
  • Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution as needed
  • Regularly dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision making to optimize
  • Analyze and interpret behaviors and patterns that make leads likely to become active customers
  • Execute high-impact A/B tests to help continually improve performance
  • Manage and coordinate content marketing activities including blog articles and white papers
  • Manage the schedule of webinars from internal stakeholders, partners, and customer advocates
  • Collaborate with internal resources and customer advocates to identify content opportunities
  • Coordinate with PR team to develop case studies and press releases
  • Manage social media platforms daily based on content calendar
  • Manage and update website content, sales materials, collateral, print ads, and other marketing communications
  • Build and support a customer advocacy program, including managing and coordinating customer testimonials and company profiles on B2B review websites
  • Coordinate trade shows and other events for both domestic and international locations
  • Minimum of five years of related marketing and communications experience required

Required Skills

  • Excellent copywriting, copy editing, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, marketing funnel and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing automation and campaign management and tracking tools, such as Mautic, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio
  • Familiarity with paid search platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • Proven track record of supporting the creation and execution of successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong collaboration skills and commitment to team goals and values
  • Proficient in social media management, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Capable of balancing multiple projects with a strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, PR or Communications
  • Experience in software or technology B2B environments; ad agency experience is a plus
