Position Summary

We are currently seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our creative marketing team. The Marketing Manager will support the marketing team in organizing and effectively coordinating company programs, including but not limited to content marketing, social media management, PR collaboration. trade shows, conferences and event management, webinar scheduling and coordination, copy writing, website content updates, email marketing and other lead generation activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate content marketing activities including blog articles, live webinars, white papers, and more
  • Manage the schedule of webinars from internal stakeholders, partners and customer advocates
  • Collaborate with internal resources and customer advocates to identify content opportunities
  • Coordinate with PR team of case study development and press releases
  • Implement social media strategy and manage social media platforms daily based on content calendar
  • Manage and update website content, sales materials, collateral, print ads, and other marketing communications
  • Build and support a customer advocacy program, including managing and coordinating customer testimonials and case studies
  • Coordinate trade shows and other events for both domestic and international locations
  • Work with digital ad agency to coordinate ongoing marketing programs
  • Minimum of five years of related marketing and communications experience required

Required Skills:

  • Excellent copy writing, copy editing, and communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing automation and campaign management and tracking tools, such as Mautic, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite
  • Familiarity with paid search platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • Proven track record of supporting the creation and execution of successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong collaboration skills and commitment to team goals and values
  • Proficient in social media management, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Capable of balancing multiple projects with a strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, PR or Communications
  • Experience in a technology B2B environment; ad agency or software industry experience is a plus
