Jr. Sales Account Manager
(Maintenance Renewal Representative)

We are currently seeking a junior level sales professional to add to our Austin team. This ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, high energy, the ability to work without a great deal of structure and supervision, and the desire to succeed. This candidate should also possess outstanding organizational skills and experience in account management and upselling.

Responsibilities:

As Maintenance Renewal Rep, you will be responsible for closing existing business in the form of maintenance renewals through telephone and email communication. To help ensure a high maintenance renewal rate, you will also be involved in maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients, through extensive follow up activities.

You will be responsible for an individual sales quota for your assigned territory with commissions paid monthly.

Candidates must possess the following competencies:

  • Sales experience in a technology business-to-business environment; software sales experience preferred
  • Outstanding sales process management, prospecting, organizational, and closing skills
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance
  • Energetic, flexible and desire to work in a fast-paced organization
  • Ability to effectively manage large numbers of sales prospects
  • Experience with a CRM and lead management system, preferably Salesforce
  • Outstanding professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Experience:

  • 2-3+ years of technology inside sales experience. Experience in B2B software sales is a plus.

Education:

  • BS/BA degree (or relevant experience) preferred
