Customer Support Assistant

With thousands of customers worldwide you would be an active participant in providing post-sale service with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Providing telephone or email assistance with software license registration
  • Troubleshooting product registration issues
  • Researching customer accounts regarding past purchases, expiration of maintenance plans and license registrations
  • Acting directly as liaison with the Sales, Technical Support and Accounting Teams
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Other clerical duties as required

This full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (PST).

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in similar Help Desk Support or Customer Service Role
  • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products (including Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds

  • Excellent problem solving skills, must be able to think "outside the box"
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated, passionate, and hard working with the ability to perform at a fast pace with minimal supervision
