Lounge: The Hospitality Lounge For One-on-One Support

The MadWorld Hospitality Lounge is the place dedicated to one-on-one support with our technical support team. Bring your laptop and questions about projects, or sit back and relax so you can stay energized all conference long.

The Hospitality Lounge features:

  • One-on-one support from technical support and other staff members
  • Couches, lounge chairs, and laptop/cell phone recharging stations
  • Peer-to-peer networking and discussion tables

Attendees can make an appointment or drop in for one-on-one support.

The Hospitality Lounge was worth the price of admission! Meeting people from MadCap Software was wonderful! I received answers to my questions which was a great help.
